Meet the FSL Team!

The Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) Team at Missouri S&T supports a dynamic community of scholars, leaders, and change-makers committed to lifelong brotherhood and sisterhood. Serving more than two dozen Greek chapters and more than 1,000 students, our team empowers students to live their values through scholarship, service, leadership, and community engagement. The FSL Team exists to improve the quality of fraternity and sorority life at Missouri S&T and promote peer accountability to create a safe atmosphere for all students. The team provides advising, education, risk prevention, training, and leadership development to help chapters, councils, and members thrive while fostering a safe, exciting, and accountable fraternity and sorority experience that enhances the overall student journey at Missouri S&T.

Greek Community

Chapters and Councils

  • Oversees the Standards of Excellence program
  • Reviews governing documents
  • Hosts monthly meetings with chapter leadership
  • Advises the Greek councils
  • Assists councils with recruitment

Makayla Jordan-Diemler

Fraternity and Sorority Life Manager

Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic oversight to the entirety of the Fraternity & Sorority Life community
  • Advises the Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, Greek Independent Council, and National Panhellenic Council
  • Serves as the main point of contact for students, parents, and S&T employees interested in Fraternity and Sorority Life
  • Supervises the FSL team 
  • Manages the Greek Member Management (GMM) System 
Jack Jaworski

Student Involvement Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Provides support to the Fraternity & Sorority Life community
  • Co-advises the Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, Greek Independent Council, and National Panhellenic Council
  • Advises the Order of Omega
  • Co-supervises the FSL Team
  • Manages the Student Involvement website and social media
