Greek Member Manager (GMM)

Greek Member Manager (GMM) is a tool utilized by members of Greek Life to manage chapter rosters, bids, grades, and housing assignments. Created and operated by Student Involvement and S&T IT, GMM is a proprietary, secure platform for chapter representatives to manage their organization and communicate important information to Missouri S&T officials. GMM Frequently Asked Questions

GMM was created to assist Student Involvement staff and chapter presidents with roster, academic, and housing management. After searching for a platform, S&T staff determined that there was not a Greek-focused program that met our needs, so we decided to build our own. GMM is the result of months of planning, design, and implementation between Student Involvement and S&T IT.

Student Involvement allows two delegates and one reporter for each chapter at a time. Student Involvement staff requests information from each chapter president for the three representatives each semester. Once our staff has the name and chapter of each delegate and reporter, we will update GMM's representatives.

Chapters can have three total admin representatives on GMM:

  • Delegate (x2)- have access to send new and returning bids, remove members, update housing statuses, and manage the chapter roster. Usually held by the chapter's president and recruitment chair.
  • Reporter- has access to semester and cumulative GPAs for both individuals and the entire chapter. Usually held by the chapter's academic/scholarship chair.

If you have questions or need assistance with GMM, please reach out to the FSL Team for help.

Students are not required to consent to a grade release through GMM. Individual chapters may still require members to release grades to the scholarship chair manually if consent is not provided via GMM. Choosing to not consent to a GMM grade release only impacts individual GPAs and class information; all students that are active on a chapter roster (current student, not on co-op, internship, or studying abroad) will have their GPA factored into the overall chapter GPA regardless of individual grade consent.

Chapter delegates must send out new and returning bids every semester which must also be accepted by the member each time. If you are not on the chapter's roster, it is because one or both of these have not happened. Please communicate with chapter delegates to ensure they have sent out a bid, and check your GMM account to ensure there is not a pending bid waiting for your approval.
